People who have been recognized as beneficiaries of Telecare Service in their Attention Individual Program. These people can be any age and, depending on the grade of dependency and their abilities, the Service is rendered to their carer.
The only requirement is to be a holder of the Sixty-Five Andalucía Junta Card.
People with more than 65% of disability, and with ages between 16 and 65, who have not been recognized as people in situations of dependency and who are registered in any town in Andalusia.
In any of this cases, it is necessary to have a home telephone line.
