C1. General Organisation

The institution is structured in departments. The mobility Erasmus programme is managed by the principal director toguether with the language teacher and the director of studies' support. They will be in charge of the organization and mobility of the students to other countries and they will receive the foreigner students to our institution (lodgement, food, credits system and practise in companies). All communications will be done by means of e-mail or telephone. The rest of the staff will teach the catering industry, will follow the attendance and evaluate the students.

C2. Fundamental Principles

Respect in full the principles of non-discrimination set out in the Programme and ensure equal access and opportunities to mobile participants from all backgrounds.

Ensure full recognition for satisfactorily completed activities of study mobility and, where possible, traineeships in terms of credits awarded (ECTS or compatible system.). Ensure the inclusion of satisfactorily completed study and/or traineeship mobility activities in the final record of student achievements (Diploma Supplement or equivalent).

ECTS credits are based on the workload students need in order to achieve expected learning out-comes. They relate to level descriptors in national and European qualifications frameworks.

Workload indicates the time students typically need to complete all learning activities ( lectures, seminars, projects, practical work, self-study and examinations) required to achieve the expecting learning outcomes.

60 ECTS credits are attached to the workload of a fulltime year of formal learning (one academic year) and the associated learning outcomes. It corresponds to 1.000 hours by year, and 30 hours of work weekly.

Credits are allocated to entire qualifications or study programmes as well as to their educational components. They are awarded to individual students on full-time or part-time. And they awarded in one programme may be transferred.

Charge no fees, in the case of credit mobility, to incoming mobile students for tuition, registration, examinations or access to laboratory and library facilities.

Carry out mobility only within the framework of prior agreements between institutions. The institutional procedure for the approval and monitoring agreements for study and teaching mobility and learning agreements in case of traineeships, is monitored by the goverment in education in Andalusia. All procedures for these agreements have been prepared by them and our institution makes the decision about the participation in this project.
