To Implement ICT tools as a way to improve the
competences of adults in adapting themselves to a changing
society and to the requirements of the labour market.
To Improve the accessibility and use of learning opportunities for adults, focusing on cultural aspects i.e. music, linguistics, cultural history. To extend the availability and quality of life long learning in rural areas. To decrease the drop out rates among people with family duties and/or work schedule difficulties giving them the opportunity to participate in a more flexible learning model which is blended learning. To unify teaching methods via the shared virtual space, increasing the efficiency of the learning process. |
