• To list difficulties, problems and needs in our organizations

• To detect how the immigrants see the hosting country: the people, the culture, the traditions, the attitude towards them…

• To detect how the native learners see the immigrants: the people, the culture, the traditions, their attitudes

• To discuss and analyse the depth of knowledge of the other party

• To improve the knowledge of the other party and to implement the cultural dialogue trough an active plan

• To create a common virtual work space and disseminate our work

• To Implement ICT tools as a way to improve the competences of adults in adapting themselves to a changing society and to the requirements of the labour market.

• To Improve the accessibility and use of learning opportunities for adults, focusing on cultural aspects i.e. music, linguistics, cultural history.

• To extend the availability and quality of life long learning in rural areas.

• To decrease the drop out rates among people with family duties and/or work schedule difficulties giving them the opportunity to participate in a more flexible learning model which is blended learning.

• To unify teaching methods via the shared virtual space, increasing the efficiency of the learning process.
