BIRMINGHAM.

Birmingham is , in my opinion the best city in Britain because it has a lot of culture and many different types of people and there are loads of places to go and have a good time.

In Britain , school starts at 8.30 am and finishes at 4pm.

We have 3 breaks . My school in England was big and had alomost 30 children in each class . Since I've left school England has become a lot more dangerous and at the doors of my school they now have metal detectors to stop children bringing knives and guns to school , they also have cctv cameras.

My favourite places to go are : Pigeon park , The Bullring shopping center and The oasis market. In Birmingham shops open at 9am and close at 6pm .

When I go back to England I go shopping with my friends , and then we go to pigeon park to have some drinks and sit on the grass and chat , we sometimes see people fighting and police chasing them.After that we go to Oasis Market , Oasis is a building with 3 floors and there are two piercing and tattoo shops , shops selling lots of different clothes and accesories .

When we finish shopping we all go to Starbucks Coffee and order Large Frapuccinos and sit by the window watching all the people rushing by.

This summer in Birmingham my best friend Jodie and me spent almost 1 hour in the Fake beach . Because birmingham isnt near the sea , they make beaches in the city center with sand and deckchairs , and you can go and sit there and listen to the music they play.

Another place I like to go is Selfridges. Selfridges is a huge department store in the center of Birmingham , the outside is covered in silver circles and at night it glows a different color every month.

One of the things I love about Birmingham is the amount of different types of people and races of people that live there. No two people are the same and its always nice to see people dressing differently and seeing all the different colors of skin.

When I go back to Birmingham I have to be home at 7pm because it's too dangerous . Crime is a big problem in Birmingham and there are now street gangs , like in some parts of America.

I think Birmingham is a great place to visit if you have loads of spare time and like to eat and drink and go shopping and want to see a real British city. Birmingham is the 2^nd city in Britain .

And i love it .
