Reflections on "Lily the Leopard"

Once upon a time there was a leopard called Lily. She has got pink spots and the other leopards laughed at her. She was sad, so one day she ran away. She sat under a tree and fell asleep. Suddenly another leopard who had green spots, woke her up. Her name was Leny.

Lily was surprised because she saw a leopard with colourful spots. They had a great time together. As they were talking Leny asked Lily what her qualities were. She told him that she was kind, friendly to other leopards, loving and brave. Then came two more leopards with colourful spots, Lucy and Laura.

When the sun set, Lily came back home. She was happy now because she made friends with leopards like her and understood that appearance might be different but inner qualities count.

Lily was a leopard with pink spots. She was very sad because her friends were laughing at her. She decided to run away. She met three leopards. Lucy had blue spots, Laura had purple spots and Leny had green ones. She played with them and she felt better. She now knew that appearance does not count if you are happy with yourself.

Once upon a time there was a leopard called Lily who had pink spots instead of black. She was very sad about her spots because her family scorned her and her friends were laughing at her.

One day Lily decided to run away. She ran into the forest and fell asleep.

When she woke up she was surprised to see leopards like her,-Leny, Lucy and Laura-. Lucy had blue spots, Laura had purple spots and Leny had bright green ones. These three leopards told Lily to talk about herself and her qualities. She told them that she tried to be friendly and loving, she was brave, strong and she ran fast. Then they played. When Lily left them to return home, she was full of self-confidence and she found her spots different and really nice. She really believed that she was very special and felt very happy with herself.

Lily the leopard is sad because she has pink spots. So one day she runs away and goes to the jungle. She wakes up there surprised to see a leopard with green spots Leny. Leny is very kind and she opens her heart to him.

She understands that besides being different she has other qualities. She is kind, loving, friendly and brave. She is a good runner and she helps her mom and dad.

She is very happy and she feels lucky and beautiful because she has learned to respect herself.

Once upon a time in a jungle a leopard with pink spots was born. Her name was Lily. Her parents were surprised. Her friends called her names.

One day she ran away. She arrived in the jungle and fell asleep. When she woke up she couldn’t believe in her eyes. A leopard with green spots was standing over her. His name was Leny. Then she saw leopards with blue and purple spots. Lily told them her story and started thinking of her qualities. She was friendly, loving and caring. Talking with her new friends she felt confident about herself. She decided to go back home.

When she returned home her parents looked at her with open eyes. Because confidence changes people.

Lily the leopard was very strange. All the leopards have got black spots but she has got pink spots! She was very sad because the other leopards laughed at her.

So one day she decided to run away from her house. She ran into a forest and she fell asleep. When she woke up she was very surprised. She saw a leopard with green spots! He talked to her kindly and asked her about her qualities and other things about herself.

Then two other leopards arrived. They were Lucy and Laura and had blue and purple spots! Lily was very happy to see them and started playing with them.

She understood that not everybody is the same but each one of us has its own qualities. For the first time she felt respect for herself and the other leopards.

Lily the leopard had pink spots and was very unhappy.

One day she ran away from home because everybody was laughing at her.

She went into the forest and fell asleep. When she woke up she saw another leopard with green spots. Then she felt better and went back home. She saw her family and she was happy. She has found new friends Laura and Lucy with purple and blue spots. She now knew that everybody on earth is unique.

Lily the leopard had pink spots and everybody was making fun of her, even her own parents. She was very sad and unhappy so one day she ran away.

In the jungle she met a big leopard with green spots. She opened her heart to him and explained her feelings. Just then two more colourful leopards appeared, Lucy and Laura with blue and purple spots. Talking and playing with them she understood that besides appearance each one had other qualities and that’s what counts mostly in life.

Lily was a sad leopard with pink spots. Everybody was laughing at her and she was very unhappy so she decided to leave her home and run away into the jungle. There she met Leny a big kind leopard with green spots. She opened her heart to him and explained how she was feeling. Leny told her not to be unhappy and made her realize all the good qualities she had and how special she was. Just then Lucy and Laura appeared. They were blue and purple spotted leopards happy about themselves and their colourful spots.

Talking and playing with them Lily understood that you should accept yourself and feel happy for what you are. So she ran back home glowing and full of self-respect, happy for the first time in her life.

Once upon a time there was a leopard named Lily, different from the other leopards because she had pink spots.

Lily tried hard to change the colour of her spots but she couldn’t. Her friends did not play with her and always offended her.

Her family was ashamed of her and they turned her out of the house.

She went into the jungle where she found Leny, a big kind leopard with green spots. Leny made her realize that she was very special and full of qualities.

So Lilly returned back home full of self-confidence and everybody accepted her and respected her. For the first time in her life she was feeling happy and beautiful.

Life was very difficult for Lily, a leopard with pink spots. She was always crying because she was different and the other leopards did not accept her and made fun of her.

She ran away from home, unhappy about herself. On her way she met other colourful leopards. Talking and playing with them she realized how special she was and started having confidence in herself. She acquired self-respect and felt happy. She returned home glowing and suddenly everybody realized although she was different, how beautiful she was.

Lily does not like her pink spots. She feels that they are the reason everybody in her family and her friends scorn her.

She is very upset and she runs away into the forest. There she meets Leny a big, kind, green spotted leopard who tells her that she is very beautiful with her pink spots and her good character qualities. As Lily is opening her heart to Leny two happy self confident blue and purple spotted leopards appear. They seem full of self-respect and confidence having accepted their appearance and Lily finds them really beautiful.

Playing and talking with them she suddenly realizes that first you have to accept and respect yourself and then the others will accept and respect you.

She suddenly feels so happy that she runs back home glowing, noticing for the first time in her life the magnificent colours of the sunset.

Lily the Leopard felt very bad because she understood that she was different.

Her friends were laughing at her so she ran away and was lost in the jungle.

There she met another leopard who did not laugh at her but talked to her with kindness. Talking with him Lily realized that the external appearance does not matter but the internal beauty does.

She returned back knowing her true value and having self-reliance and self respect.

So everybody accepted her as she was and stopped laughing at her.

Lily was different. She had pink spots. The other leopards did not want to be friends with her. She was very hurt so she ran away into the forest. There she met other leopards with green, purple and blue spots. Talking and playing with them she understood that the colour of the spots did not matter.

She started loving herself. She realized that she had a lot of other qualities which were more important. She came back home glowing happily and everybody accepted her.
