| Many years ago workers didn't work
like today.Conditions of work were miserable.They worked a lot of hours every day and they
got little money.Their bosses behaviour was very bad.But after a lot of strikes they took
their rights back.At last their life became better.They started working regular hours,they
got more money and they had days off ,on holidays.Nowadays they don't do very hard
work.There is a lot of machinery for the really hard work.And they feel happier because
they have the necessary things for a comfortable life.

Years ago the workers had a lot of problems with their jobs.They didn't have regular
working days,they didn't have time for rest they couldn't go on a strike.They didn't have
summer holidays and their wages were very low.But they fought for their rights bravely
sometimes even putting their life in danger and now the working conditions have improved.

In the past workers life in Greece was very difficult.There was no schedule and they
had to work all day with no rest at all.
Their wages were very low and their bosses took advantage of them.Strikes were forbidden
and they had to work all year long without any vacation at all.They could not have a
holiday or have a rest.
After several stikes the situation started getting better.The workers worked regular hours
and could take some days off.Their wages were normal and their bosses did not take
advantage of them.So their life had improved.

Many years ago workers worked very hard and their wages were very
low.They could not go on a strike or ask for their rights.But one day they went on a
strike and fought for their rights.They wanted to work eight hours per day,to have one day
off and much more.Today the workers work very hard but the conditions are better than many
years ago.They are paid on time and have a lot of benefits.

In the past people worked very hard in the factories,in the fields,in the mines.The
workers didn't have any rights.They worked many hours without enough money, without rest. Even small children worked as hard as
adults.The working conditions were very difficult and sometimes even dangerous for their
life.Now working conditions have changed in many countries.They work eight hours per
day,they get paid,they are insured and they have a month of vacation every year.They work
five or six days per week and they can go on a strike when they wish to achieve better
working conditions.

were afraid they might get fired.Work was very difficult and tiring.Nowadays working
conditions are better and they work less hours.They use sofisticated tools,machines,
computers.
There is a great difference between the two periods.
