LIVING ON A DIFFERENT PLANET A WebQuest for bilingual learning 1st cycle of ESO (Science

The planet Earth is too crowded. It is
polluted and the climate is changing. The United Nations Organization is
trying to solve this problem. They have decided to give a piece of land to
anybody who would like to live on a different planet if the situation on
Earth gets difficult. You
and your friends have decided to accept this opportunity, but you would like
to live on the same planet all together.
Study about the planets in our solar system to agree and make a final
decision. Study the eight planets in our solar
system and complete the chart with information about them. After that your
group will have to decide which is the most attractive planet to live on and justify your decision.
1. First of all,
to help you with difficult vocabulary and grammar , you all should complete
these exercises: 2.
The second step is to
learn the position of the planets in our solar system. You can do it with
this exercise: PLANETS POSITION 3. The third step
is to divide yourselves in three groups: ROLE A: Choose the planets Venus,
Mercury and Mars and complete this Treasure Hunt. The
information you get will help you to complete the quizzes about each planet which are the
final task of your Treasure Hunt. ·
