The Andalusian Cellular Reprogramming Laboratory (LARCEL) is a centre belonging to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Regional Andalusian Goverment in the framework of the guidelines of the Andalusian Initiative for Advanced Therapies. It is born from a collaborative agreement, date on February 2010, between Ministry of Health of the Regional Andalusian Goverment and the Michigan State University to promote regenerative medicine in Andalusia and exchange of researchers between both institutions.
