Telecare

24 hours a day, 365 days a year

The Andalusian Telecare Service of the Andalusian Government is a personal monitoring system, which offers immediate response in case of emergency situations, lack of safety, loneliness and isolation. It is based on new technologies in forms of communication, which allow users to maintain verbal contact via the telephone line:

  • 24 hours a day, all year around.
  • Without leaving home.
  • Just by pressing a button.

The Telecare Service is ideal for those dependent people and their relatives, providing them a higher level of autonomy, making it possible for them to stay and remain integrated in their own environment. For this reason, the Law of Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Attention to the People in situations of dependency includes this service in its Services Catalogue, and has to be rendered by the Public Administrations.
