Functions and Objetives
The Institute (IAAP) handles, plans, develops and coordinates the training of those serving the General Administration of the Andalusian Government, its administrative agencies and non-judicial staff working for the Justice Department in Andalusia.
The Institute designs methodologies and contributes to the realization and promotion of experiences and activities such as research, studies, consultancy documentation and dissemination of the innovative processes, the improvement of quality and the modernization of the Andalusian Regional Government as well as the other administrations and public organizations in Andalusia.
It participates in the design of the selection processes and the management of test and selection courses of the staff working for the General Administration of the Andalusian Government, its administrative agencies and non-judicial staff working for the Justice Department in Andalusia.
The Institute (IAAP), to perform its activities and within in the scope of its responsibilities, may establish agreements with government institutions, with other Regions or Local organizations, as well as any other public or private institution or organization.
