We understand the importance of encouraging and promoting the development of a research career to achieve excellence in biomedical research. Therefore, the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Health and the Fundación Progreso y Salud have launched a human resource development program, which is comprised of various manoeuvrable sub-programs, and is orientated towards researchers from all backgrounds.

The main objective of these programs is for researchers to be trained in internationally renowned and prestigious centers to later be incorporated into the Andalusian Public Health System or and centers affiliated to the Regional Ministry of Health.

We also know just how important it is to have researchers from other regions and countries in our centers. Therefore, the Fundación Progreso y Salud will act as a mediator through personalized consultations, locating employment opportunities and facilitating contact with Andalusian research groups.
