This certification programme is aimed at those bodies or organisations (public or private) that provide continuing professional development to different active health professionals, defined in the Ley de Ordenación de las Profesiones Sanitarias, LOPS (Spanish Law on Organisation of Health Professions).

Its manual contains 100 standards pursuing the identification of quality in centres and units for continuing training, regarding their management as stable and efficient structures, their activities for continuing training’s planning and schedule, their processes’ implementation while the continuing training activities are being developed, and the management for the detection of development areas for continuous improvement.
