E. Terms of Contract Formalizations

La formalización del contrato deberá efectuarse en el plazo de los cinco días siguientes a aquél en que el adjudicatario hubiera recibido el requerimiento por parte de los servicios dependientes del órgano de contratación, una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles desde que se remita la notificación de la adjudicación a los licitadores y candidatos sin que se hubiera interpuesto recurso que lleve aparejada la suspensión de la ejecución del contrato.
