Updated: En cuanto a la documentación incluida en el sobre 1, es obligatorio presentar la DECLARACIÓN RESPONSABLE DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE REQUISITOS PREVIOS (Anexo I-B). Este Anexo sustituirá la aportación de la documentación referida en la cláusula 9.2.1.1. del PCAP. En cualquier caso, de resultar la oferta económica más ventajosa, el contrato de pre-arrendamiento del inmueble, que hace referencia el anexo III-C, que la entidad licitadora presente, deberá tener la fecha anterior a la finalización del plazo de licitación.
