BFA from the University of Málaga (2012). Noteworthy projects include NEVER ODD OR EVEN (2016), El Periplo (2015) and La disección lúcida (2013). He has exhibited at the CAAC (Seville), the Russian Museum Collection (Málaga), the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria), Museo Es Balaurd (Palma de Mallorca), Fundación Valentín de Madariaga (Seville), Galería Isabel Hurley (Málaga), ELBUTRÓN (Seville) and LOOP Barcelona, among other venues.
Artero has won several distinctions, including the DKV / ES BALUARD video art production grant, Art@Tell Third Edition, ART 35 Fundación Banco Sabadell, and the ARP residency grant from the University of Málaga. His work can be found in the collections of DKV Seguros, Museo Es Baluard, Fundación Banco Sabadell and the University of Málaga, among others.

LOOPS AT A SPOOL. Continuation Ceremony is an installation project that uses allegory as a discursive strategy applied to objects, light and sounds taken from the landscape. Thus, a flagpole divested of its flag is presented as the central axis of the space, crowned by a gold finial.

On the basis of a formal heterogeneity and a thematic multiplicity framed in daily life, the artists present a series of pieces whose common point is the conflict between the accuracy of representation as an independent entity and the unbreakable symbolic reference to that referenced.
