José Luis Cano Documentation Centre
Inaugurated on 30 October 2014, this new venue under the aegis of the Algeciras City Council Arts Office is named after José Luis Cano, a writer and critic of the Generation of ‘27.
The building, an iconic hub of the city’s cultural life, is home to the City Archives, Central Municipal Library, Exhibition Hall and the Conference Room “Manuel Fernández Mota” among others.
