  • Collection of tumour tissue samples for preclinical in vitro platforms and collection of clinical data.

II. In vivo (CRC):

Humanised murine models.

  • Collection of CRC tumour tissue samples for preclinical PDX platforms (in vivo), and collection of clinical data.
  • Processing of clinical samples
  • Extraction of DNA, RNA and proteins from tumour samples.
  • Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis. Classification of histological subtypes and associated PDX models.
  • Development of humanised murine models
  • Immune profile analysis fortumours and PDXs.
  • Therapeutic strategies in PDX models and humanised PDX models
