La solvencia económica y financiera se acreditará conforme al artículo 87.1.a) de la LCSP, mediante una declaración del volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito a que se refiere el contrato, por un importe igual o superior a la mitad del presupuesto total de los lotes a los que se licite, referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos concluidos.
