Intervención Arqueológica Preventiva en su modalidad de¿excavación Arqueológica tipo Sondeo¿, en las obras de construcción de un bloque de viviendas en el solar ubicado en la Calle Concepción Puchol, Isabel de Solís, nº 19, de Martos, Jaén

Abstract

The results obtained in the I.A.P developed on the site located in C / Concepción Puchol, corner with C / Isabel de Solís, provide more data to those already defined in the excavation of the sports center of the city, thanks to which this archaeological site was cataloged. The stratigraphic sequence obtained has been very complete, ranging from contemporary to Chalcolithic times. We recommend that the following phases planned in their day be undertaken, excavation of the Roman tomb and control of movements of the non-excavated areas at the time when the construction works are resumed.
