Control arqueológico de movimiento de tierras (C.A.M.T.) mediante Declaración Responsable, en la avenida de los Olivares, nº 174 de Martos, Jaén, para la construcción de vivienda unifamiliar y piscina.

Abstract

En el presente artículo se exponen los resultados arqueológicos del Control Arqueológico de Movimientos de Tierra (C.A.M.T.), mediante Declaración Responsable, en la Avenida de los Olivares nº 174 de Martos (Jaén), para la construcción de vivienda unifamiliar y piscina. El solar se ubica en el área suroccidental del casco urbano de Martos, casi en el límite con el inicio de la primera fase del Polígono Industrial "Cañada de la Fuente", muy alejada del denominado "Sitio Arqueológico de Martos" y de cualquier otro yacimiento arqueológico del perímetro urbano de la ciudad.

This article presents the archaeological results of the "Archaeological Control of Earth Movements (C.A.M.T.), by means of a Responsible Declaration, at Avenida de los Olivares nº 174 in Martos (Jaén), for the construction of a single-family home and swimming pool". The site is located in the southwestern area of the urban area of Martos, almost on the border with the start of the first phase of the "Cañada de la Fuente" Industrial Estate, very far from the so-called "Martos Archaeological Site" and any other archaeological site of the urban perimeter of the city. The intervention has been negative at the level of archaeological remains from past times, but we have been able to document two types of imprints or negative traces, excavated on the surface of the natural rock of the terrain (longitudinal rectilinear and arched trenches and circular and ovoid holes), possibly belonging to cultivation marks and/or precarious foundations of some type of construction, building or dwelling related to contemporary agricultural and/or livestock activities (end of the 19th century to the middle of the 20th century).
