Intervención arqueológica puntual mediante excavación con sondeos en la puesta en valor del Castillo de Dólar

Abstract

El castillo de Dólar (Granada) se alza uno de los castillos que forma parte de la red de fortificaciones del N de Sierra Nevada. Se trata de un punto central en el municipio, articulando en torno a él todo el núcleo urbano y siendo uno de los puntos más importantes en el control del Marquesado del Zenete más oriental. El trabajo aquí presentado muestra la intervención realizada en el marco de Programa Provincial de Conservación y uso del Patrimonio Arqueológico y paleontológico rural (PPCPA) 2021-2022 con el que se llevó a cabo la intervención a finales del año 2022.
