Intervención arqueológica preventiva de control de movimientos de tierra en la calle Sol de Arjona, Jaén

Abstract

El presente trabajo ofrece los resultados obtenidos de la actividad arqueológica efectuada en la calle Sol de Arjona, con la finalidad de documentar la secuencia de ocupación de todo este espacio y volver a replantear la calle con una nueva pavimentación. Con la intervención, hemos conseguido interesantes datos en cuanto a su funcionalidad y su perdurabilidad de esta zona así como darle mayor sentido al espacio interpretativo de las Murallas de Arjona. The present work offers the results obtained from the archaeological activity carried out of the Sol Street, in Arjona, with the purpose of documenting the sequence of occupation of this entire space, and replant the street with new paving. With the intervention, we have providing us interesting data regarding its functionality and durability of this area as well as giving greater meaning to the interpretive space of the Walls of Arjona.
