If you are responsible for a tourist resource, we offer you an on-line tool that allows you to perform a preliminary accessibility diagnosis of your infrastructures and the service provided in them.

This tool, developed by ILUNION Technology and Accessibility, is based on the methodology used in the Study, although it covers only the basic criteria that must be fulfilled to ensure the use and enjoyment of tourism resources. The objective of this self-assessment is that managers of tourism resources detect possible accessibility barriers in their facilities, and may consider carrying out a technical accessibility analysis, diagnosis and proposals for improvement by an expert.

The questionnaire is presented in several blocks: surroundings, access, interior circulation, services, etc., and is formulated with "Yes", "No" and "Not Applicable" questions. Answering YES to all questions does not necessarily indicate that the resource is 100% accessible. In some questions specific parameters are added as additional information. It is preferable that you can give accurate answers so it is advisable to go through the premises and take measures, to improve the accuracy of the response.
