I.Objective criteria for the selection of candidates in the proceedings

Solvencia económica financiera (Anexo III-B PCAP): Según art. 75.1 c) TRLCSP, mediante patrimonio neto según balance correspondiente al último ejercicio económico de las cuentas anuales aprobadas deberá superar las siguientes cantidades según lotes.Solvencia técnica según art. 78.1.a) TRLCSP mediante relación principales servicios realizados en últimos cinco años que incluya importe, fechas y el destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos, acompañada de documentos acreditativos correspondientes. Se exige que el importe anual acumulado sin incluir impuestos en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior al 70,00 % del valor estimado del contrato para cada lote o de su anualidad media si esta es inferior al valor estimado del contrato citado, en servicios de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, esto es por un importe de al menos el fijado para los diferentes lotes.
