Proyecto general de investigación arqueológica: la ciudad de Arucci (Aroche, Huelva). Campaña 2020. El viario

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se recogen los resultados de la última intervención, correspondiente a la sexta anualidad, del Proyecto General de Investigación en la ciudad de Arucci (Aroche, Huelva). Esta intervención ha comportado la excavación y estudio de parte del viario de la ciudad, concretamente en su zona intermedia y norte, de lo que se han podido descubrir las margines y porticados de una de las principales vías de la ciudad. A este respecto, las unidades domésticas que abren a dicha vía, casa de peristilo, casa de la columna y casa norte, permiten ver la articulación urbana y el diseño seguido desde los momentos fundacionales de la ciudad en torno a este eje.

The following work collects the results of the last intervention, corresponding to the sixth year, of the General Research Project in the city of Arucci (Aroche, Huelva). This intervention has involved the excavation and study of part of the city's road, specifically in its intermediate and northern area, of which it has been possible to discover the margins and porticoes of one of the main roads of the city. In this regard, the domestic units that open onto said road, the peristyle house, the column house and the north house, allow us to see the urban articulation and the design followed from the founding moments of the city around this axis.
