| Resumen : | We present the results of a new archaeological prospection made in the andalusí potter's quarter of Priego de Córdoba (madinat Baguh) in which up to a total of 11 kilns have been identified, two of them already located in a previous excavation in 2006. These firing structures, ascribed to the types recognized in the bibliography such as bars and grills, are associated with various walls and a stratigraphic sequence that allows us to identify some of the ceramic productions of the structures (including the small drum shaped ¿¿tariya¿-, infrequent), as well as the evolution of these pottery, which centers on the almohade period (12th-13th centuries) its highest performance. |
