Este refugio-vivac es una construcción muy singular, compuesta básicamente de una habitación con puerta, ventanas y aljibe para recoger el agua de lluvia, con una bomba manual para su extracción. Hay que recordar que se trata, por tanto, de agua sin tratamiento sanitario alguno.

Son infraestructuras utilizadas tradicionalmente por los pastores que tienen aquí sus rebaños. Con ellos podremos compartir alguna que otra velada entrañable. Resulta especialmente importante ser respetuosos en el uso de estos refugios, cuyo mantenimiento y buen estado es básico para los pastores en una zona tan aislada como esta.

Si recorres el sendero señalizado Bosques del Sur lo encontrarás en el kilómetro 11,4 de la etapa número 15.

NORMAS DE USO

El refugio-vivac está reservado exclusivamente a senderistas y ciclistas, con preferencia para usuarios/as del gran sendero GR247. No se admitirá por tanto a personas que hayan accedido al refugio con vehículo a motor.

* No se podrá pernoctar 2 o más noches consecutivas.

* No podrá superarse el aforo máximo (salvo fuerza mayor). En caso de encontrar el aforo completo se podrá pernoctar/vivaquear en el exterior y en las condiciones establecidas por la normativa ambiental.

* Debe guardarse ABSOLUTO SILENCIO desde las 22h (23h en verano) hasta las 7h.

* Todos los residuos generados deben ser retirados al abandonar el refugio.

* Nunca abandone, tire o entierre basura, excepto en los contenedores destinados a ello.

* Los productos parcialmente consumidos o aún no empezados (botellas, latas...) también deben retirarse y nunca dejarlos en previsión de que otras personas puedan consumirlos. ¡No es saludable y termina generando residuos!

* Queda terminantemente PROHIBIDO:

-Fumar.

- El uso de toda clase de aparatos sonoros que pudieran molestar al resto de usuarios/as,

- Encender fuego (salvo infiernillos, que han de utilizarse en los lugares destinados a ello.)


Cualquier deterioro que se observe puede ser comunicado en las oficinas del Parque Natural Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas o a través de la dirección:pn.cazorla.capma@juntadeandalucia.es.

Si desea hacer alguna reclamación o sugerencia puede hacerlo en los lugares indicados en el párrafo anterior.

Las puertas y ventanas deben dejarse correctamente cerradas al abandonar el refugio.

No es posible hacer reserva de este refugio.
