The Citizen Information and Assistance Service (SIAC). PDF (1,86 MB) began operating at the end of 2009, in compliance with current regulations governing direct citizen assistance and rights of access to information on environmental matters.

The main objective of the SIAC is to provide personalised assistance to all citizens, as well as to provide any type of environmental information about our territory and the actions carried out therein.

Through the SIAC, citizens can submit their environmental queries via a multi-channel telephone and online service platform:

  1. By telephone, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., on 954 544 438 (flat rate).
  2. Online, through this section of the Andalusia Environmental Portal, you can access the Citizen Service Mailbox to send your queries, requests, suggestions or complaints. This service is available 24 hours a day. You can also access environmental procedures and services. For more information, please consult the frequently asked questions. The Environmental Information Request Processor, in accordance with the provisions of Law 27/2006, of 18 July, allows environmental information requests to be submitted via an electronic platform through the Electronic Administration Channel, using a digital certificate. Requests may also be submitted in person, by writing to the Deputy Ministry.
