What can be donated?

The samples that the Biobank may request from donors registered in the Donor Registry are samples that are obtained by non-invasive collection processes, including samples of hair, nails, faeces, body fluids (urine, sweat, saliva, menstrual blood,) or by minimally invasive processes, including blood donations or a skin punch.

In addition, donors to the Registry can donate surplus samples from any medical procedure they have undergone to the Biobank. Donors may also allow for the collection of additional samples when a surgical process is performed.
