Curricular Internships

Internships are an essential tool for providing training to students to adjust to the professional contexts they will encounter once they finish their studies.

The Biobank of the Public Health System of Andalusia offers curricular and extracurricular internships for different educational stages (vocational training cycles, undergraduate studies, postgraduate).

  • Vocational Training and Dual Vocational Training:
    • Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory Specialist Technician
    • Pathological Anatomy and Cytology Laboratory Technical Specialist
    • Health Documentation Technical Specialist
  • Specialization degrees and diplomas
    • Internship in Biotechnology from the University of Granada
  • Master's degrees and postgraduate degrees:
    • "Master's Degree in Regenerative Biomedicine" from the University of Granada.
    • "Master's Degree in Translational Research and Personalized Medicine (Transmed)" from the University of Granada
    • “Máster Universitario en Investigación Traslacional y Medicina Personalizada (Transmed) de la Universidad de Granada,
    • "Master’s Degree in Advanced Biotechnology" from the University of Malaga and the International University of Andalusia
    • "Master in Health Biotechnology" from Pablo Olavide University (Seville)

Thus far, more than 25 students have been accepted by the Biobank to complete their training and to research and defend their Master's Degree thesis.

The internship practices are regulated by an Educational Cooperation Agreement and may be resolved at any time, if there is justified and sufficient cause.
