The Biobank of the Public Health System of Andalusia has received a special mention for its role in the pandemic

The Biobank has received a special mention in the 3rd edition of the 'City of Science and Innovation' awards given by the Granada Science Table to which the Granada City Council belongs with the aim of recognizing the scientific activity of professionals and institutions. In the case of the Andalusian scientific structure, it has achieved distinction for its work during the pandemic and in the fight against COVID-19, for the study of which it has provided more than 3,000 stored samples and has supported more than 30 research projects. .
