The course presented aims to provide specialized training for the generation, maintenance, characterization and use of different biomodels such as cell cultures and organoids, providing participants the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the generation of the same.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THEORETICAL and PRACTICAL MODALITY OPEN UNTIL MARCH 5, 2025. REGISTRATION FOR OPEN THEORETICAL MODALITY UNTIL FULL CAPACITY IS REACHED
The modality of the course will be Theory and Practice. In addition, the theoretical part will be freely accessible and free of charge upon pre-registration until capacity is reached (100 people).
The participation of only the party Theoretical does not entail the issuance of any certificate.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
General Objectives
Show the theoretical and practical bases for the generation and characterization of retinal and brain organoids derived from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), as well as knowing the necessary good laboratory practices.
Specific Objectives
Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about the generation, cultivation and characterization of hPSCs.
Acquire theoretical knowledge and practical in biomodels as organoids, in addition to knowing the theoretical bases of characterization of these.
Acquire practical skills and abilities on the generation of cortical, cerebral and retinal organoids from hPSCs.
