What can be donated?

The samples that the Biobank may request from donors registered in the Donor Registry are samples that are obtained by non-invasive procurement processes such as hair, nails, faeces, body fluids (urine, sweat, saliva, menstrual blood,...) or by minimally invasive processes such as blood, skin punch,...

In addition, Registry donors may donate surplus samples from any medical procedure to the Biobank submitted and allow additional samples to be taken when a surgical procedure is performed.
